As the second overall pick in the 2000 NFL draft, and the #1 pick of the Washington Redskins, he was an immediate starter and earned three Pro Bowl and All-Pro selections during his tenure. Mr. Arrington was the first pro athlete signed to Under Armour’s platform by founder/CEO Kevin Plank. In 2006, he departed his beloved Redskins and signed with the New York Giants where he played for one season before hanging up his cleats.
After his professional sports career, Mr. Arrington moved to the media world in television, radio, and print. His impressive sports intellect and personality made LaVar a natural on-air sports personality. As a celebrated broadcaster, sports writer, radio talk show host, and sports analyst, Mr. Arrington lends his expertise and insight to viewers around the globe.
He made a splash as a coach at legendary football powerhouse Long Beach Poly as a linebackers’ coach and assistant defensive coordinator. He is now the head coach at Maranatha, a prominent private high school in Pasadena, California.
Mr. Arrington attended Penn State University where he was a two-time All-American under legendary coach Joe Paterno. He is also a frequent advocate and guest speaker on Capitol Hill for player safety.

As a professional linebacker, Mr. Dickerson played with the NFL’s Oakland Raiders and the Berlin Thunder in NFL Europe. Since leaving the field as a player, Ricardo has developed his keen ability to find untapped talent across the globe. He has placed numerous athletes from Africa and Europe into private high schools in America and on their path to professional sports careers. Ricardo was second in charge of the Under Armour Official Skills and Training Platform that was created to strategically cast a net over youth talent around the country and ultimately collect the data associated with those prospects. Ricardo also co-founded The A11 Stars Bowl featuring top 8th-grade football talent around the country with NFL-great LaVar Arrington. He also manages and serves as a consultant to professional athletes in the NBA and the NFL. He received his BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in 2005. In his spare time, Ricardo enjoys reading books about world leaders and is a director of the Len-D A Hand Foundation which was started by the #1 NBA Ukrainian Player Alex Len of the Atlanta Hawks.
Kris Kuhlman is widely recognized for her expertise in large-scale digital operations and creating international business partnerships.
Kristine Kuhlman joined Trusum Visions as COO in 2018. She has previously held leadership positions at two Fortune 40 companies, structuring international television licensing sales deals at one of the top three Hollywood tv studios and building online operations for a corporate retail giant that generated $50M in sales over six months. Prior to that, she freelanced doing production and talent management for award shows such as the Oscars, the Grammys, the Emmys, and the Academy of Country Music Awards.
Kristine has summited some of the highest mountains in the world including Mt. Kilimanjaro, as well as hiking the Himalayas and the Alps. In her downtime, you can find her hitting the Malibu hiking trails or the gym.
She holds her MBA in International Business from the University of Wisconsin, and her B.A. in Communications from Ohio Northern University where she was an NCAA tennis player and conference champion. She resides in Los Angeles, CA.
